比如3a改成什么都行

中间不能平移有2个可能；1是你机器的系统参数mbuttonpan被设成了0，改回来就是打命令mbuttonpan回车1回车，2是你的鼠标安装的鼠标的特殊程序，改变了中键滚轮的定义，改回来就好了，以罗技鼠标驱动为例，改成“中键”（好像是这个）就好了，其他的设置都不行的。
cad快捷键脚本文件是acad.pgp，你在c盘上搜索一下，一般有2个，在c盘Documents and Settings里的那个就是，实在搞不清，2个都修改了就好了。
